What is the return policy?

Markers are bespoke and cannot be returned. Each order is checked before dispatch. However if you discover a fault, please contact me to arrange a replacement.

Laterality and Initials

All letters and numbers are made of lead.
If the initials are left blank, I will assume that none are required.

Students: Please check that your uni/placement allows initials.

Laterality: All markers are created with L and R as standard, however, I also stock some other letters. Please let me know if you require a different language.

How long does shipping take?

Markers take several days to make. Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch.
Markers are posted from the UK. I use Second Class postage in the UK (2-3 working days).

International

Regretfully, I no longer accept international orders. I have found that customs checks add unacceptable delays to shipping times. This has been exacerbated in Europe by Brexit.

Payment

All payment is through PayPal. I do not collect any card numbers or bank account details.
